About Carter's Caring Services
We are nurse owned, operated and focused. Karen started this business 10 years ago. She realized, after working in home and home healthcare for 35 years, that there must be a better way to achieve satisfactory outcomes for clients and their families. After her father was diagnosed with early Altheimer’s, she knew it was imperative to develop an improved delivery system for support at home at all levels of care and started Carter’s Caring.
We are pleased to announce we were one of the first agencies in the area with a COVID safety plan submitted by March 1 2020. All caregivers are vaccinated and COVID compliant as well as bonded and insured.
Although each caregiver is selected as if they might be caring for Karen’s father, she was in a car accident and came home with her own staff in place. “The proof is in the pudding”, so to speak.
Our rates are extremely competitive and often below our competitors. We can be reimbursed through private funds, long term care insurance or auto insurance. Please call or email us for more details.
We remain “franchise free” to eliminate unnecessary overhead and keep costs down. This also allows us to pay our caregivers well. As such, we are proud of our caregiver retention rate of 80%.
